ABOUT ORION
Orion is a director, editor and photographer with a background in adventure sports, commercial and drone work. With a range of clients including JuneShine, Guayaki, North Kitesurfing, Luminox, Outside Magazine, Slowtide, Disneyland, Aeropostale, Apple, Desert X, O’Neill, Jungmaven, and Lift Foils. Orion is based in Maui, Hawaii and outside of work you can find him mountain biking, swimming, or sit skiing.
When he was 22, Orion sustained a spinal cord injury that has since driven him to take a creative approach towards life and art with tenacity, adversity, and problem solving.

Would you let a broken Tibia Plateau be the end of you? Jesse heard of many having no choice in the matter, it’s an injury that has taken down some of the most inspiring individuals in the world of extreme sports; He chose to say “no way; not now and never.” Here is the story of an injury, a family, and a new kind of recovery, that he had yet to experience in all of his trials, until now. It encompasses an intense and specialized (yet universal) training program, and an undying passion for progression; it’s an insight into his world for the past year or so.
